With the outbreak of Novel coronavirus, NIKYANG has been keeping an eye to the epidemic situation and we strive our best to contribute to the epidemic prevention and control.  In order to keep our services in line with your daily operation, we have adjusted our arrangement as follows:

1. Working hours

Starting from 10 Feb, after-sales service support will be resumed. (If the local government has issued a business requirement after 10 Feb, it will be implemented according to the local government regulations).

To improve communication efficiency, we encourage you to use our WeChat (NIKYANG_HK) and raise out your request at the menu of “Self- Service” platform or enter the link (http://css.nikyang.cn) for assistance.  Once we received your inquiry, we will try our best to address your problem remotely. 

  • Service Hotline

Service Hotline will be available during office hours (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm), to support service requests or provide technical consultancy.  Our experienced engineers will offer free online remote support.

3. Remote Assistance Service

For the sake of protecting our well-being, we strive to reduce personnel mobility and isolate ourselves from exposure to the epidemic.  To address your instrument installation concerns and maintenance issues, we provide remote assistance services.  No matter where we are, NIKYANG promises we will still keep its highest quality and efficient services as usual.

4. Accessory Consumables for Order

Accessory Consumables are still available for order as usual.  However, we appreciate your understanding as different regions may encounter delays / blocking due to local logistics situations.

5.  Epidemic prevention related customers are our top priority

For customers who are working in epidemic prevention areas, we do our utmost and set your request as priority task.  If there is any urgent need, please contact our local sales personnel for assistance.

6.  Real-time adjustment

We will keep updating our services and arrangements according to the national prevention and local control policy.  Thank you for your understanding and support!
