8-channel parallel SFC

HPLC technology is widely used in many fields of pharmaceutical and biotechnology research, but physical limitations affect the level of throughput when using large numbers of automated HPLC systems in parallel. The Sepmatix parallel SFC system overcomes these limitations by means of Sepiatec’s unique patented flow control technology.

The Sepmatix works with the same columns and methods used in conventional SFC systems, and different designs are available for applications, or with an 8x Fraction Collector for preparative work.

The SFC 8x Screening system combines Sepiatec’s 8-channel parallel processing with the advantages of Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) to give speeds up to 8 times faster than with sequential running. The combination is safer and more cost-effective than traditional methods.
